July 19 Chuckwagon supper at Manistee County Fairgrounds Onekama MichiganJuly 19, 2008 - Chuckwagon Supper & Show

A bit of the Old West will be coming to the Manistee County Fairgrounds.
Close your eyes and put yourself on a long, hot, dusty, Wyoming cattle drive....as night approaches your thoughts are on a hot, stick to your ribs, meal of bar-b-q beef, beans, tators, and fresh Johnny Cake baked that day by the chuckwagon cook.
Add a little cowboy applesauce, fresh baked bread and then wash it all down with tenderfoot lemonade or piping hot coffee and you're ready to sit back and listen, and maybe even join in, your favorite country tunes.
Come prepared for a fun evening ... great food, live entertainment, silent auction, 50-50 drawings and much more. 
This is a fundraiser for the Manistee County Fair. 
State funding for building and grounds maintenance was cut last year and it will also be cut this year.
Help keep the Manistee County Fairgrounds in good condition.
